What does Patākā mean?Patākā / पताका - banner; flag ध्वज (dhvaj), ध्वजा (dhvajā), झंडा (jhaṇḍā)

What do the Symbols denote?Patākā has in all 11 Symbols. Strategically placed to give you maximum energy and luck. Given below are the Symbols in sequence and their meaning: Shree / श्री - Shree is Goddess Lakshmi’s name. It denotes Wealth and Prosperity. Many chants begin with this letter. When addressing people with respect, Shree is used as a PREFIX. Swastik / 卐 - Swastik means “well-being”. It denotes good luck and fortune. Swastik is drawn during every ritual to create maximum positive energy. Seashell - Seashell denotes purity, brilliance, and auspiciousness. Air is blown throw the Seashell during rituals to remove all negativities. Tilak - Tirupati Balaji Tilak denotes calmness and concentrated power. Lord Venkateshwara is the God of creator and super abundance. Tilak alone can represent the presence of Tirumala Tirupati God himself. Saraswati Yantra - Saraswati Yantra denotes supreme knowledge, learning and reality. Its a representational view of Lord Saraswati herself. OM / ॐ - OM denotes the Sound of Creation. The original vibration of the Universe. Thus it takes the position at the Centre. Sun - Sun denotes life-giving abundance with its warmth radiating healing. Lakshmi's feet - Goddess Lakshmi’s feet attracts wealth and good luck for you. These are found at the house entrance to attract good luck. Trishul - The Trishul denotes the three states: Waking, Dreaming and Sleeping. Trishul is Lord Shiva's divine weapon. Kalash - Kalash denotes creation. It is the source of life attributing wisdom and immortality. Deep - Deep or Diya denotes knowledge, abundance of raw power to create.

Why are the flags Triangle shaped?Patākā / पताका - Inverted triangles have always been used as a decorative items during festivals, functions and events. Triangle symbolizes the Fire principle – the Creative Spirit of the Universe. Fire moves fast, penetrating everywhere and purifying everything it touches.

Why does Patākā consists of 11 Flags?In Hinduism, odd numbers are considered as auspicious. Any offering to Gods is also in an odd count. Hence, Rain Inc's little Founders decided to have 11 flags in our Patākā

Which is the right Patākā Size for my Vehicle?For Bikes: Size 1 is perfect !! For All bikes - Install the Patākā in between the two mirrors. You could try Size 2 as well for BIKES For Cars: Here is how you should be measuring the length as displayed in the below image: Note: Make sure you exclude the black color lining while measuring the length appropriate for the right Patākā.

My Patākā is worn out or torn or damaged. What shall I do with it?Patākā if worn out or torn or damaged should not be disposed in a trash can or dustbin. Patākā should be folded and respectfully immersed in water. Avoid throwing it in our rivers.

Is there a way I can get a refund?Oh why? What happened? Unfortunately, Rain INC does not give any refund.

Can I exchange my product?Yes. Within 15 days of purchasing the products, kindly send an email to itsraininc@gmail.com with the Subject line : REFUND - Request. Make sure to attach your receipt in the email. Once we receive your email, we will inform you the steps in which you can get an exchange.
